DPMS will be sending registration cards to your elementary on February 1st!
If you are an awesome 5th grade student coming from another school, your parent/guardian can pick up a registration card from the DPMS Student Center (that's where the counselors are!) M-Th 730am-230pm or Fridays 10am-2:30pm, or you can print the registration card off from this page.
Your parent/guardian will also need to register you as a new student with Canyons School District.
Registration cards from students attending outside schools are accepted beginning February 22nd.
